Through improvisation and writing, we work collaboratively to create new and original plays, musicals, sketch-comedies, solo shows, and more in a vibrant, uncensored atmosphere.

Hannah Magy (Penny)Hannah Magy (she/they) is Chicago based actor, writer, burlesque artist, and Comedy Studies alum with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Millikin University. She’s currently understudying Second City’s ETC revue, “Oh The Places You’ll Glow!” You can also see her performing on a resident company team at iO Theatre and on The Annoyance Mainstage in “Oy!”More can be found on her website: hannahmagy.com.
Elizabeth Fulton (Bev)Elizabeth Fulton (she/her) is an award-winning writer, director, producer - and a breakfast sandwich connoisseur. She is a faculty member at the Second City Training Center and a graduate of Second City Training Center's writing and conservatory programs. When she's not at Annoyance, you can see her directing America Runs on Women, performing around town at iO, Second City, Clash on Clark, or on her phone at 4:00 am doom scrolling. Charlie Thomson (Thomas)Charlie Thomson is a Chicago based actor, comedian, and musician. Previous credits include, PUFFS (Pittsburgh CLO), Kings of Delancey Lane (Bridges Theatre Co.), and Evil Dead (Pittsburgh Musical Theatre). He also writes and performs comedy music when he can. He would like to thank the cast, crew, family, friends, and his partner for their continued support.
Scarlett Sullivan (Director)Scarlett is a comedian, actress, clown, improviser, voice-over artist, dancer, and writer, who still can't believe she's directing It's Christmas Goddamnit! at the Annoyance. She is best known for her work as a clown while touring for Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus for nearly 5 years! She began her performance career as a dancer and attended the New Jersey Governor School of the Arts scholarship program. Scarlett has studied sketch & improv with Upright Citizen’s Brigade, The Magnet Theater, and People’s Improv Theater, The Second City, iO, and The Annoyance. She attended Columbia College Chicago and holds a BFA in Theater with a concentration in acting. Scarlett also currently teaches here at the Annoyance and also directs & performs in several other shows around town. She speaks fluent Spanish at home with her Paraguayan circus family, enjoys reading high-fantasy novels and riding her electric motorcycle.
Rachel McIndoe (Lilly Anne)Rachel McIndoe is a local producer, director, sketch writer and improvisor. Rachel produces three shows at The Annoyance Theatre: Escapades, Motorcycle Rocketship, and the Teeny Tiny Character Show. When she is not performing at The Annoyance Theatre, she can be found at The iO Theater producing and performing in her show, The Substitute, or in regular performances at Logan Square Improv as well as The Bughouse. Her skillset is rounded out by her position at Second City where she stage manages. Rachel is deeply invested in the full spectrum of comedy as well as the community that she plays pretend with. She is grateful to return to her acting roots as Lilly Anne in It’s Christmas Goddamnit as she furthers cultivating her skillset and honing her craft.
Katie Rae Horn (Assistant Director)Katie Rae Horn (she/her) is a comedian, a stage manager, and a really good friend. She has trained at The Second City (Comedy Studies), The Annoyance, and iO Theater, and is best known for her work in clowning & solo sketch. She is currently in Christmas Karen 2 at The Annoyance Theatre (Elf on the Shelf) and is spreading love and Christmas cheer throughout Chicago. Thank you Santa for bringing her the best cast and crew ever.

Holly Barras (Trevor)
Holly Barras (she/her) was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, but spent a lot of her childhood skipping rocks around Oklahoma before moving to Chicago in 2017. She graduated from Columbia College Chicago in 2021 and is a Comedy Studies alumni. She can be seen performing with the ResCo Team “Icarus” at iO Theater. She is currently an understudy for Second City's Touring Company. Other performing credits include Splatter Theater (The Annoyance) and Trigger Happy (The Annoyance). She would like to thank her Dad for his constant love and support! Gemma Clarke (Margot)Gemma is thrilled to be portraying Margot with the amazing cast of Christmas Goddamnit! She is an actor / comedian last seen in the LGBTQ+ cast of Improvised Survivor at iO Theatre, as well as Second City’s Director Showcase and Archive shows as both a performer and writer! Gemma recently celebrated her nomination for ‘Best Actress’ at the 2023 72 Hour Film Festival for ‘That’s Jeff’ written by fellow cast member Elizabeth Fulton. Gemma is currently seeking representation and is very excited to share this wildly fun show with all of you. Enjoy!
Niko Alegria (Understudy )Niko Alegria is an actor originally from Monterrey, Mexico. A natural leader too polite to lead. Contemplating the emotions of objects without souls is how he spent his long summers. He loves spending time watching holiday appropriate movies with his significant other. Outside of “Christmas Goddamit” you can catch him performing with A Bunch of Friggin Cats at the iO theater Thursdays at 9. He’ll even hold the door open for you.
Mira Smith (Penny, Margot, Lilly-Anne)Mira studied theatre at Colorado State University before moving to Chicago to attend Second City. She graduated from the Conservatory program earlier this year and has done many shows since! She performs regularly with her improv troupe, You Seem Like, along with various original sketch shows. She is absolutely pumped to be an understudy for multiple roles and she hopes you enjoy the show!
Rach Granillo (Understudy Eli, Bev, Trevor)Rach Granillo is a comedian from California. They are not a business. Leveraging her loved ones reaction to her funnies comes natural to her, as does writing at 3 a.m. When they aren’t on stage changing your life for the better, they are in the classroom “shaping Chicago’s youth.” Outside of It’s Christmas Goddamnit you can see Rach at The Annoyance in Girl Party and Re-Run or performing stand up all over Chicago.

Zach Decker (Nick)Zach Decker (he/him) is originally from Indianapolis, but has lived and performed in Chicago for the past seven years. As a member of Post Pubescent he hosted BYOT at the Crowd and wrote/performed the Post Pubescent Variety Show for four years. He was recently seen in Spider-Ben here at the Annoyance and not-so recently seen playing the eponymous Prince Adam in He-Manlet, Prince of Eternia down the street at Stage 773. Regional credits include: Of Mice and Men, As You Like It, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Sense and Sensibility, the Drowsy Chaperone. Zach is a proud graduate of the Second City Conservatory and Indiana University Bloomington. All my love to Jen and June.
Michelle Lerch (Uncle Eli)Michelle Lerch, has gained notoriety in the areas of Opera, Musical Theatre, and most recently Sketch/Improv Comedy. Originally from Wilmington, NC, she received her Master's in Vocal Performance from Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music and finished Second City Conservatory Program in 2023. She has been seen performing all over the Chicago comedy scene with improv groups M&M, You Seem Like, and King Piranha. Some other notable credits include "Steamworks the Musical" at The Annoyance Theatre, and weekly shows at Otherworld Theatre in "Creature Feature."
Kevin Veloso (Understudy (Thomas, Corey, Nick))Kevin Veloso is an actor, writer, and comedian originally from Baraboo, Wisconsin. Recent Chicago credits include Stir Friday Night, three Annoyance productions (Fire and Beer, It's Christmas Goddammit, Little Orphan Boy the Musical), Rosie Moan's webseries, Collaborate and Listen, and Sex and the Windy City: a Sex and the City Musical Parody (iO Theater). He has trained at the Annoyance Theater, the Second City Music Conservatory and Black Box Acting. He's grateful for his friends, family, and this kind, warm, GODDAMN cast.
